A former Army Officer, Jennifer built her project management experience in the finance industry before turning that discipline toward Defence industry clients. She leads Pronessio's Organisational Design & Transformation work, helping businesses restructure teams and processes to meet Defence-grade expectations. Jennifer is a qualified ISO 42001 Implementation Lead.
A former Army Officer and experienced trainer, Chris has a background in the finance industry building performance measurement and business intelligence systems. That background underpins Pronessio's approach to Performance Management Systems and training delivery for Defence industry clients.
